We are totally confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your goods then please return them to us within 7 days for a full exchange or refund.
Contact us by email info@golfergifts.co.uk to arrange refunds/exchanges where you will be given a Return Number (RN), which you must include with your returned parcel. This helps us to process orders more quickly and we cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned without a RN.
Then return it with your products within 7 days for a full refund or exchange; we cannot exchange/refund any item after 7 days from purchase date. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We reserve the right to make a re-stock charge of up to 20% for items returned opened or in damaged packaging, you will be advised immediately if this applies. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Personalised Items
Delivery of certain personalised items may take up to 28 days from confirmation of order. Please email us or call 07974 243584 for confirmation of delivery times if in any doubt. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel personalised orders once orders have been confirmed as these items are made specifically to order.
